Ayelagbe Uwaina Christiana is a dedicated Capacity Development Specialist committed
to empowering communities through knowledge transfer, skills development, and sustainable empowerment strategies. With a strong passion for social impact, she designs and facilitates training programs that strengthen the capacity of individuals, grassroots groups, and partner organizations to drive lasting change within their communities. 

She brings extensive expertise in participatory learning methods, community engagement, and program implementation, which has been instrumental in advancing HACDI Africa’s capacity-building agenda. Through initiatives such as mobile learning hubs, civic education workshops, and digital storytelling campaigns, she has ensured that development programs are inclusive, practical, and results-oriented. Her approach strengthens marginalized communities by equipping youth, women, and children with
essential skills in leadership, conflict resolution, and legal rights, thereby fostering self reliance and resilience.

As a capacity-building specialist, her impact is evident in the empowerment of communities to actively participate in nation-building and advocacy.
